Raul Delgado: Albertin truly made my stay at the Blue Tree Hotel more enjoyable. His trilingual ability was a huge plus—he was always ready to assist me in English or Spanish, which made communication effortless. Despite being very young, he already demonstrates a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in hospitality. He is professional, attentive, and consistently welcoming, always greeting guests with a genuine smile. I have no doubt he has a very bright future ahead of him, and the hotel is lucky to have him at the front desk. Carlos Kim stands out as an exceptionally intelligent and capable professional. He treats every situation with the highest level of importance and handles guest concerns with impressive clarity and precision. What I appreciated most was his ability to resolve issues that others may have struggled with—he approaches challenges thoughtfully and efficiently. His calm, knowledgeable demeanor inspires confidence, and it’s clear he takes great pride in delivering excellent service. Carlos is a true asset to the Blue Tree Hotel. Antonio consistently went above and beyond during my stay. Like the rest of the team, he genuinely looks out for the guests, but his level of diligence and follow-through truly stood out to me. Whenever an issue arose, he was quick to take ownership and ensure it was fully resolved. His dedication, reliability, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a noticeable difference in my experience. Antonio’s professionalism and care reflect very positively on the hotel.

水出和希: This hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and professional, which I really appreciated. The location was also great, and I truly enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit São Paulo. It was an amazing experience!

JIM Hable: Arrived after an early morning flight arrival. Room was not yet available. Antonio was very kind, offered to hold my bags until I could check in. He suggested I return at 1:30. I returned at 1 to retrieve my bags only but Antonio checked and was able to find a room available. Check in was quick and easy. I realize check in is not until later in the day but Antonio could tell I was exhausted so he went the extra mile to make me comfortable. I am very thankful.
