ibis Tambore

Marcella Reginato: I stayed at the Ibis because it was relatively close to the office. We were in a group of about 10 people. Ibis provides a water dispenser in front of the elevators. Everyone in our group who drank water from that dispenser became ill—stomach pains and symptoms similar to food poisoning. The pain only subsided when we started buying water. We raised our concerns at reception, but apparently were ignored, as the machine remained on and running.

Mari Simon: Staff members really try to help us and offer great service. They even had warm milk to give to my toddler late at night.

Gilberto Maia: Hotel is almost a part of Tambore shopping center, where you can find nice restaurants a food court, cinemas, stores, etc. You have just to take the elevator next to the hotel. However, acommodations a barely enough for 2 adults to spend the night. Calling a bed that fits underneath the desk a bed for a 12 year old child is unacceptable. Also, the breakfast with no variety of fruits, cereals, mushy breads needs to be improved. And be aware, parking is not included in hotel rate and will cost you extra 35 real per 24 hours. Hotel rates varies according to the demand. Looks like a side road motel.

Alisson Cecílio: All the service is standard like others Ibis around in Brazil, but the customers service is the detail if your experience will be good or not so good. All the room are the same, clean and comfortable. Bar is simple to drink and eat something and answer emails or quickly meeting.
