renato anjinho: Excelent customer service. It was a big surprise, when me, my wife, and my 2 years old daughter opened the door, with the spacious room, and layout. The room and hotel great, as the staff, maybe just upgrade the tv for bigger then 32.

Carlo Marinoni: Poorly insulated windows -> noise from the road; broken down sofa; breakfast with extremely limited choice for non dairy products. Excellent location, very kind personnel in all the departments

Noel Moss: I stay here 4 - 6 weeks per year. Lots of space but not as nice as the Radisson on Al Rio Negro however the Quality Suites is much quieter. Decent internet service most of the time. The laundry service is hit and miss. They use an outside laundry and sometimes it takes days to get laundry back. Two years ago I complained to Atlantica Hotels (the owner) senior management about the laundry service and things have improved. The workout facilities are OK. Overall I prefer staying here rather than the other hotels in Alphaville.

Matias Castiella: Excelence in service. Decent price. Great location in Alphaville. Staff does a good job, kind and welcoming. Pool, gym, restaurant are very good. We'll be coming back.

Mariângela Silva: The hotel was good. Location is in a main street of the neighborhood and access is really easy. There's a good restaurant and parking included. Services are fine.
