Geide A. Figueiredo JR.: Interesting experience in this hotel. Highly efficient on check-in and check-out. Staff amazing welcoming and friendly. Nice infrastructure and restaurants. Good food and so many different options. Packed of people. Good for families and children. Things there are most of the time far apart, for example, rooms and attractions (pools, courts, restaurants...), must love to walk. There's a wave pool.

Claudio Tokeiama: Excellent hotel all inclusive, with a tremendous infrastructure. All you can eat all you can expect. Infrastructure. Huge outdoor swing pool, different water parks for all ages. Also football court, tennis court and other facilities to enjoy. Very well maintained and with lots of employees taking care of services and well being. Service. The best service you can expect, from parking to reception, inside each attractio, in the restaurants. Always willing to help and to make you fell comfortable. Food and restaurants. Amazingly there were so many options to try. All inclusive all you can eat service, food looks fresh and well prepared. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. It looks that the food repeats a lot, but when you have hundreds of different options, that was not an issue. Rooms The room was very comfortable, simple and clean. Small bathroom but without compromising. Everything was perfect. Strongly recommended.

Eóin Fay: Edit: Second visit. Everything said below is still accurate. That said, some issues have appeared… The restrictions on the times you can enjoy the facilities are ridiculous. If you’re an early riser, you can forget about using the VIP pool — it opens at 9:30am. Want a quiet evening in the lounge? Nope - it closes at 7pm… Ridiculous. (The staff remains awesome, though.) Original: I’ve been here for two days, and will be staying longer, but felt the need to write this right away: The entire staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, professional, helpful, and patient (with gringos like me, kkkk). It’s the wonderful people that make this place such a joy – thank you! I hope they’re paid well, because it’s THEM, not the fancy pools, that will bring me back.

Eduardo Tanaka: The guest service is really nice, always there to assist you. The rooms are simple but comfortable. There is a lot of activities for kids during the whole day, for all ages. The only thing that disappointed me were the restaurants, as I expected a broader and more different items in the menu. Also, sometimes the restaurants were too crowded and too noisy. The same happened with the pools during the weekend.

Marcus Farbiarz: Nice staff. The hotel is great for family, lots of activities and good food. However, the rooms need improvements (small beds, bad finishing on the bathroom), as well the hot pool that seems recently painted, but it was a really bad paint job. The music on the pool was too loud for my taste but it was OK for most people. Other than those details, everything was great.
