Gene Vlad: Beautiful all-inclusive resort. The resort is gated, so you feel very safe and comfortable. Beautiful views. Food delicious and plenty. Outside and indoor Pools are warm, large and clean. Rooms are nice and clean. Intertanig staff are nice and attentive. This is my second stay here and I loved again. It's pets friendly ( they have bags and garbage disposal at the premises) There are a lot of entertainments for children. The gym is big and full of different equipment. They also have a pool table and 2 table tennis tables. They have karaoke nights, live music and other evenings activities. Overall, fell in love with this place. Might be coming again. Highly recommend.

TB: Next to São Paulo city this hotel provides always a great experience. All meals are very well prepared and tasty. The staff is friendly and supportive. They accept pets for a small fee and provide snacks and a pet bed for your little friends. For all the this the price is very fair.

Amarok Sh: Good for a weekend with the family. If you stay for business all these kids and noise might be annoying. The room are not cleaned daily as they have too, frequently they do not change towels, just take used ones and you need to ask for the fresh.

Maroun Sadaka: The swimming pool was like swimming in the North Pole. The 3 days I stayed in the hotel I did not get into the water once. Its not very accessible for people with disabilities. Its all up/down hill with no hand rails for assistance. Food was good, staff were friendly and rooms were clean.

Peter Chapman: Hotel is geared more toward Brazilian visitors (most from Sao Paulo). Limited English speaking staff. Rooms vary - some are quite old and in need of remodel (for instance, door has cracks large enough to let rain, sun, and air thru). The staff is for the most part very friendly.
