Ashley Hooley: Renata and the resort staff went above and beyond during my visit at the Bourbon Atibaia resort. room service and onsite nurse/pharmacy support was helpful! I highly recommend this hotel for business or family travel outside of São Paulo. Their gardens and grounds are great for exploring and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff’s professionalism.

ES: I had a hard time to sleep since I could hear the noise coming from a party. The food was not the best I ate in my life, but it was carefully prepared and they had good variety. My little one loved the activities for the kids.

Tong ZHANG: Overall the room and everything is really nice, I have to point out that it's really strange you cannot get drinkable water in your room or the floor unless it's from the mini fridge, which for this level of resort hotel is kind of unexpected. Other than this I do have a really nice experience, people are all really nice, the food is soooooo good.

Paulo Pozeti: Hotel property is really nice and well maintained. After a long line of checkin, we could finally arrive at our room. For my surprise the room looked really outdated. A part from that this resort was really nice. Pools were clean, plenty of towels and chairs to lay down. I loved that they had floating devices, balls and other sports equipments you could get for free. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had tons of options. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was asking for my meat to be cooked... The cook was leaving everything medium-rare and was rude when I told him to cook more.
