Frank Dubai: This hotel is simply brilliant. I genuinely love it. I love every single person who works here. The staff are the real heart of this place. They don’t waste time with nonsense, they don’t ask unnecessary questions, and they actually listen. They give solid advice, guide you properly, and help when it really matters. You feel supported, not managed. Overall, this hotel feels like a small miracle. Seriously. There is one downside, and I want to mention it honestly. The key cards demagnetize very quickly. Please consider upgrading or replacing the card system. That’s it. That’s the only real issue. Your staff is your biggest asset and the foundation of your success. Take care of them, invest in them, and keep doing what you’re doing. These people are exceptional. As for cleanliness, order, location, and all the standard checklist items — honestly, they are secondary here. This is a very good, pleasant, affordable, and genuinely solid three-star hotel that delivers much more than expected.

Brendan Dungan: Everything is nice including the people and rooms. But we were put in a room with a ton of noise outside the window. It has woken me up several times now.

Paulo Teixeira Alexandrini: Estivermos em são paulo para o ensaio das escolas de samba e nos hospedamos no hotel. Tudo perfeito desde o check in ao checkout! Tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar que não estava funcionando e prontamente nos transferiram de quarto. Funcionários muito simpáticos, quartos confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Banheiro com uma ducha incrível após um dia cansativo. Ah e o café da manhã então, delicioso e com muitas opções! Com certeza retornaremos.
