Jelena Matule: I am here on a business trip. To be honest, I work A LOT, and I really appreciate care from the hotel stuff. Special thanx to attendant Grazzie ♥️ it's not common in Brasil to eat vegetables for breakfast, I asked for it twice, and then she took care of it and I got my salad without asking 💚💛 Overalls my apartment is great, I have there everything I need. Gym is very clean and has no unpleasant smell (critical for me).

Priya Datta: All good but can be improved. The breakfast buffet was not up to the mark and stock was not maintained. Overall cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. Please also keep english speaking staff

Luciano Rodembusch: Hotel staff was great. Very helpful. Room is old, need better maintenance and new appliances. Pictures on the website are deceiving. Wont come back.

Zilong Yan: Not really recommended, nobody from the reception speaks English, that is not acceptable when they say they are a four star hotel. Service in the room is average, I booked a room with a kitchen, but they don’t offer a pan for example if you want to fry some beef steak by yourself it will be impossible. The Why I need a kitchen? Window is very thin that noise from outside is every annoying. Never come back! The breakfast is very simple, but the waiter and waitress there are nice.

Ana RK: B/side, the restaurant, is great for lunch and dinner. Service always kind, the whole team: Igor, Rodrigo, Vander, Cris, e o chef Adriano. I come back often and will continue to do so :)
