Navid Ghavami: There are no positives worth mentioning. This hotel is overpriced and poorly maintained. The staff were unfriendly and some reception staff did not speak English. The lobby and rooms were not clean, the bathroom had broken fixtures, and there was no hot water in the morning. The room was extremely small, the towels were cheap, and basic amenities were missing. Breakfast was very limited, with oily scrambled eggs as the only egg option and no vegetables. The area feels unsafe, is far from tourist attractions, and has very limited public transport. Overall, the price does not match the quality, service, or location. I would not recommend staying here.

Joel Unterberg: The hotel is very beautiful and we had a great stay overall. What really stood out was the excellent service, especially from Elias from the restaurant. He speaks very good English, is extremely open and friendly, and gave us amazing recommendations during our stay. We felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated his support and hospitality. We were very satisfied and grateful for the great service. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Andrew Gehrig: Our experience here was fantastic when visiting on New Years Eve. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful receptionist in the lobby and two friendly and welcoming staff in the restaurant who went above and beyond. Jane and Daniel were so kind to us and helped to serve us a delicious breakfast and space to work for a few hours. They treated us like family and we would be glad for the chance to come back! May God Bless them in the next year!

Cynthia Rochin: Staff was super nice, rooms have all necessities for stays, and located near the Allianz Parque which is why I stayed here for the bus bunny show. Special shoutout to Vilmara from the restaurant for being so accommodating and friendly, thank you so much 😊

Barry Coetzee: Great Service from Henriue and Rodrigo at reception. Fantastic hotel. Clean rooms comfortable beds and a great location. Breakfast was good.
