Chlochlo: I stayed here for 8nights. Room was spacious but there were lots of dust on the furnitures. Old bathroom.. completely outdated…. air conditioning was so old, making huge noises, difficult to sleep with it. There was a little part of window missing so, I couldn’t close the windows perfectly. All the noises from outside that was really difficult… the breakfast was very limited. Ridiculously tiny swimming pool… Only good sides were friendly kind staffs and good location for walking around. And there is a small supermarket next the hotel and good restaurants. (But very annoying confusing location for calling an Uber) Overall, I regretted staying at this hotel for the slightly cheaper price. Definitely not 4star luxury hotel. I guess they got 4 stars because it simply meets the requirements of 4 stars. Like pool, gym, meeting rooms, room service, concierge service and etc. It needs to be downgraded to 3 stars and put the price down under €80 Even the reviews seem not honestly from customers. I am sure that employees, they reviewed themselves for their hotel.

Carlos M: Some of the rooms are simply disgusting and lightyears away from the standard of a 4-star property. We were first offered one of the old, outdated rooms before complaining and eventually being transferred to a newer one. The first room was falling apart and flat out dirty. The 'newer' room was ok, but cheaply renovated. After talking to the hotel staff and reading some of the reviews it's clear that this is a recurrent issue and that management is well aware of it. The hotel advertises the old, disgusting rooms at the rate slightly lower than the Radisson Blu located right next door - a true 4-stars - and hopes customers won't complain. It’s bad enough to show such blatant disregard for quality, but knowingly leasing rooms at that level and price is utterly outrageous.

Marcelo Sales: This place is great for a digital detox. If you're want to be offline for your stay, do not hesitate. The internet link is sub mediocre. There's no connection in almost any place. If you you're luck enough to to get a room in the end of the corridor, maybe you will get dial up speed ( something link 14,4k in the ancient times). They use legacy equipment, Wi-Fi 4 access point. In insufficient quantity. As this wasn't enough, only one elevator works, for almost 200 rooms. During breakfast, take 15m of wait. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am, and some itens as omelets, just after 7am. If you have some appointment or business starting early at the morning, you should stay hungry. There's some other problems as residents, with arrogant attitude, old furniture and lack of maintenance. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They're polite and very helpful, but can't do anything about the problems. If you don't want to trough your money in the trash, go another place. Avoid this at all costs. You deserve better.

Bill Marcondes Machado: Good location and very good price. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. I like to stay at Address because it's one block away from Emporio Santa Maria. The rooms are big enough for a couple and come with a balcony. A little remodeling in the rooms would get another star. But price and location are big positives.

Filipe Coury: Spacious rooms and shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location in the New Faria Lima area, with nice restaurants at walking distance. Improvements can be made in the pillows (too thin for my taste) and the TV remote control maintenance (dead, rusty batteries - could control channels and sound volume through the set top box remote, but not switch off the TV). Decent, even if not really varied, breakfast included in the room rate. Overall, a nice stay.
