Tim Ditmer: Just incredibly inept service. They have like 4 people working security, and it takes them forever to open the door each time you arrive. They're unable to help with the simplest of tasks. This probably isn't on the security, but on the regulations of the building. They don't have anywhere where the guest can leave luggage at the end of the stay before they go to there flight/next destination. None of the services they claim are properly utilized. Gym is barebones and was broken most of the time. Constant construction noise. Many things in the room are broken. Sheets had stains.

Heloisa Guedes: Achei lindo o apartamento, bem completo e confortável. Mas o ar condicionado está em péssimo estado bem sujo, e a cama e as roupas de cama estavam úmidas e o quarto todo com um cheiro estranho de que fica muito fechado e o colchão deve estar lá há muito tempo. E achei a limpeza do banheiro bem superficial, as paredes em cima cheias de mofo. Enfim os proprietários deveriam cuidar mais do apartamento.

Katherine Parra Guajardo: The worst accommodation of my life. From day one, they didn't assign me the room I had selected, and to top it all off, there wasn't even a pot to cook with or anything to keep hot water running to make coffee. As for the cleanliness, it was generally okay, I won't deny that, except for the air conditioning, which was filthy and clearly hadn't been maintained in ages because it wasn't working properly. The customer service was awful and unprofessional. I complained about the lack of a pot, they promised to bring one for three days straight, and nothing. Do yourselves a favor and don't stay here. Just because it's more expensive than average doesn't mean it will be better.

Allan G: Fiz o checkin e o quarto estava desse jeito… com os rastros do hóspede anterior. Reservei o quarto nos ultimos andares baseado nas fotos do site, mas me deram um quarto no oitavo andar. Muito barulho a noite toda, as janelas não abafavam nenhum ruído. Experiência péssima.

Ariane Freitas: Chegamos ontem (22/12) e o check-in foi super tranquilo! O atendimento foi muito solícito e o pessoal da portaria também foi demais. O quarto estava limpo e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Com certeza vamos voltar! 😊 Recomendamos!
