Kristina Golichenko: This hostel charged me R$113 for the wrong room. I booked on HostelWorld - a 6 bed female dorm, I was brought to a 8 bed mixed dorm. It also just smells disgusting. I left without even sleeping there. I don’t speak Portuguese so I wasn’t going to start a dispute with the receptionist

Robin Köhnen: I had a very pleasant time here. I arrived and from the first moment on was met with nothing but kindness. The receptionist (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) spoke english and helped me with everything. I had an errand to run in the city and with everything I needed if it was a Copyshop or a laundromat she took the time and gave me recommendations on everything. The hostel itself is cleaned every day and the shared rooms and very spacious. The kitchen seemed well equipped and the location is very good and you can reach everything on foot in like 20mins.

Eliot: Stayed for two weeks, which was two weeks too long. No HOT SHOWERS were available. The morning staff was very unfriendly and lacked common courtesy. Fruit flies were everywhere and nobody seemed to care. The front desk lady would go on daily fridge-to-garbage tirades so new food was routinely thrown out (I stopped buying food to cook). Of course they tell you to label your food, but don't provide any labels or pens. Constant noise was made by a sleazy Brazilian man, which made getting a good night's sleep near impossible. Additionally, some long-stay loser kept smoking marijuana in the room. Despite the claim of being a 24 hour hostel, it was more of a ghost town of employees disinterested in the guests. Only hostel in the city center, which is a too bad!!

Carolina Castro: I was here october and it was not so many people witch is good. Very clean and nice helpfull staff. Funy smell but i guess it is because of the island. The breakfast was good fruits bread and pasteries. The chees is not that good. I would deffenitly book again here.

bruna mercer: It is an honest place. The beds are comfortable, the showers are good enough. The worst part is the Wi-Fi connection. Very bad and It is available Just in some places.
