Lukas Grzybowski: Service was great as always. The rooms followed the ibis budget standards and were clean, although not "clean like a pharmaceutical lab" clean (e.g. windows could be cleaner). Toilet room and shower were very small, so a bigger person might be uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows were really good. And I could not hear any noise from outside, which is a plus given the traffic in the hotel vicinity. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Similar to what one would expect in Brazil, that is not famous for fancy morning meals. Check in and out were quick and the staff at the desk was friendly. The hotel offers frozen meals to buy and warm up at a small bar by the front desk but I haven't tried it. The immediate vicinity of the hotel isn't very pleasant, but from the you can get quickly to anywhere in the city.

Elias Becker: Lucili is a very good staff. She says that she couldn't speak english very well, but it's a lie! Her pronunciation is very good. The one of all the Ibis hotels we called today at night (about 2:30 a.m.) that understood our accent and said us about the hotel. If I went to Porto Alegre, I will, for sure, stay in this nice hotel. And I'd like talk with Lucília again!

Gustavo Pioli: The room was very clean and organized, but there isn't a lot of space for luggage. All the employees are kind and polite. The breakfast is good, but lacks a good low carb option, eggs, for example.

Nico Dreyer: Employees are very kind and helpful. The check in could be improve and be more dynamic. Everything was really clean, the rooms are good but the spaces are really small (there is no room for the luggage). It’s worth the price.

Camilo A. Espejo E.: I am a frequent guest in Ibis hotels. This time I did not have a good experience considering a broken toilet and not so good breakfast, also some delays to get my car. Even though is the same infrastructure as all Ibis budget hotels that will provide you good rates and good infrastructure when it is well maintained. Maybe not a good experience this time, even though still believing and recommending Ibis budget hotels and Accord.
