Jhenny Inirio: Staff was very nice, at checking we got upgraded to an apartment they own nearby was great to have more privacy and space, The location is great, walking distance from everything. we asked about Wifi password and the man in charge even give us his personal number in case we needed

B. Timi: Fair for the price but do not expect a fancy hostel experience. Even though I had a nice time there, perfect for cooking and sleeping.

daniel eduardo campos castillo: I managed to sleep in a hostel for the first time. The room was comfortable and had A/C as well. Vinicius is a kind receptionist; he asked me if I needed anything all the time. The location is amazing

Debi Lombok: i book inly one night and extended my stay in this hostel. i felt like home because the owner was very friendly and the staff Maria, Venicius and one more i don’t remember her name . they are very friendly, helpful and the best is they clean the hostel very well every-time i come back they will greet me and always smile and the room will be clean and smells good.. i really enjoy my stay in here . oh the best part they have good AC because sometimes rio de janeiro can be cery hot even at night so im so greatful that they have a good AC will definitely recommend this hostel

Zac Nunns: Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hostel for 5 days. On arrival we were told that breakfast wouldn’t be served and even though we had paid for breakfast they refused to refund (we had proof on the receipt). There was half a kitchen, no room or facilities to cook food (even though the staff had a private kitchen that we could see). The staff would turn off the air conditioning without warning and forget to turn it on most nights (I have never had this experience in a private room where they turn off the main power to the air con). Our room also had a fan that was broken and would make the worst noise at night that would keep us awake - our sleeps were ruined because it was between a loud fan or extreme heat because we had no air conditioning. Our bed was two single beds pushed together and we kept falling through the middle. The staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about the problems we brought up and were very negligent - it may be because they were high most of the time. We saw them all smoking weed on the rooftop. The bar was closed and to top everything off our room had a dirty towel in it with a poo stain!!!! The stairwell also smelt like someone had urinated in it!! Absolutely the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had - do NOT go here there are much better options in Rio that are cheaper!!
