İshak Ayyildiz: My stuff got stolen by employee here and no one even care about it. I gave my staff to employee because they said there is no locker available and after next day my whole money bank card and everything employee stole and when i called police they said there is no camera here. I couldn't get back my staff again. Maybe they do it other clients also. Be careful here.
Kees Hollemans: We stayed here for seven days and for almost all of those days we had the smell of cigarettes in the room. Fortunately after a few days that smell was replaced by the towels that we rented that smelled like they had been washed the year prior. The room also looked liked it had been vacuumed at the same time. The shower doors were barely held in place and I got shocked when I tried to adjust the shower head. Location is great tho, right next to copacabana beach.
William den Boer: Stayed here for seven days. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a two-minute walk to the Copacabana. However, the room was horrific. It smelled of cigarette smoke, there were hairs of previous guests all over the floor and stains in the bedsheets. The showers were crappy, the doors didn’t close well. The first night we couldn’t sleep properly as there was a loud hum coming from another room. Although the hostel is very cheap it was still very disappointing.
Eira Filtvedt: They have bedbugs! The rooms are sad and completely white, they did not refund fully and administrations uses long time to answer mails.
Sophie Röber: Had a prepaid booking for that place and cancelled it in time. That was in February. After so many messages only got a small amount of my money back until now. Still around 300€ missing. They are just promising again and again and nothing happens. Would not recommend to stay there. Very (!!!!) BAD SERVICE.
