Michael: The tour was as advertised and the boat men, Pedro and Paulo, were excellent. The boat itself was in excellent condition too. The islands and beaches visited have crystal clear water, wonderful. The trip was well worth it and a great value for the money. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is due to the communications before the trip. I hadn't heard anything from them since the booking and it was the afternoon before the 11am departure the next day. I sent a message to them and didn't see their reply until 5:30pm and they were already off-line when I replied. I sent a couple questions to them the next morning at 7:30am asking about snorkeling equipment and ice. They answered the equipment queation within an hour but didn't answer my question about ice until 25 minutes before departure. By that time I had already bought ice, which i didn't need to because they have a cooler on board with some. It would help if they put all the information that Pedro reviewed before we left in the tour description, as all my questions were addressed.
