Cristina Romeiro: One of the Worst Stays – Misleading, Unsafe, and Poor Service I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The website description completely misrepresented the room. It was advertised as having air conditioning, but in reality, only one small area had AC — the rest of the room was unbearably hot, especially during the night. To make things worse, the windows and sliding door didn’t lock properly, and there was no safety net, which made us feel extremely unsafe, especially since we were traveling with children. The intercom system didn’t work at all, and the Wi-Fi was painfully weak — it barely worked throughout our stay and even affected the TV, which kept disconnecting. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were very limited and not up to basic standards. When we raised these concerns with the staff, especially the reservation manager, there was zero empathy or effort to resolve anything. The staff in general were rude and dismissive, making the whole experience even more frustrating. This place might look okay online, but the reality is far from it. Poor facilities, safety issues, and unprofessional service — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tony Solano: The location is prime. Beautiful view and very safe to walk. Many great restaurants within walking distance and feel safe. Staff is super friendly and greeted us with a smile every single time. Very helpful. The room itself needs some upgrades. Amenities are plain. TV stutters/ pixilating was annoying. Try to book straight from hotel. Third party agencies do not get the same room amenities as hotel does

VIORICA Stoian: The view from the balcony is extraordinary! The room service worked once in two days! We had all the kitchen appliances to cook basic breakfasts and a coffee machine. The staff was nice!

Doug St: The best morning breakfast you could ask for. Fresh fruit, sausage, tapioca, juices, breads, scrambled eggs all prepared perfectly.
