Emanuel Panga: A nice place to stay when you are in Fortaleza. Safe building with private appartments and concierge. Nice view to the ocean from each apartment. Close to Iracema beach and a few minutes by car from Dragao do Mar and Mercado Central. Nice helpfull staff but they do not speak english. Breakfast not included, but availabe at the ground floor bistro. Accommodation 4 out of 5; noise level 2 out of 5 (close to a semaphore); cleaning 3 out of 5; room furniture 3 out of 5 (old mattresses); room appliances 3 out of 5; location and view: 5 out of 5; internet access (wi-fi): 4 out of 5.
