Florencia Carbone: The hotel is ok. The dinning options are limited. The “nice” restaurant has very limited options. If it rains, they don’t have proper drainage so the streets floods. Don’t bring nice shoes. On my first day after shower my foot got super muddy The front desk is the worst. Never a solution. I did a claim nobody contacted me with a solution. At least bring a basket or something to the room with a sorry note. It would be zero cost to them. The activities are poor quality and the dance is inside the pool… never seen!
Matheus: This was awesome, nice staff, closest beach and awesome food at the restaurant. But a big downside is you cannot bring balls to the beach, and the internet is as good as SpaceX launches in the restaurant. But otherwise, this place is really good. Enormous space behind all the rooms and a volleyball place and a giant field to play football.
Carolina Sampaio: Where to start…. Resort is big and clean. Employees are most very friendly. But the resort is very disorganized. Waited 45 min for a hamburger, with 4 people in front of us, on first hours at the resort…! No line for nothing, starting at front desk to breakfast. If rains, the only entertainment place is so small for the amount of guests, that is better you go to your room, cause there’s no place to sit or stay for everyone. Let’s talk about the room. The room location is great, pretty close to the beach, (actually, we had the impression that some apartments/ houses would be far but is not.).the First bed in our room, you can’t sleep cause it’s so old that has no cushion on it. I set at the edge and the bed broke it’s foot. Bathroom has mold everywhere, including the line that you hang your swimsuits. Bathroom sink is clogged. Shower pressure is great but the valves are loose and very hard to regulate the water temperature. The ac from the main room isn't working properly… There is not Curtains on the windows besides the blackout, so the room has to be on the dark all day otherwise everybody can see what is inside your room. We put a do not disturb sign, anyway they came in, then cleaned the room and then left water all over the floor. I’m talking puddle of water. Very disappointed for the money spent and for be a 5 star. And…if you come, don’t stay in room 139. When the Neybor turn their shower, it’s seems like the wall will Explode…. If they are an early morning family, you’ll be awake on their shower time. To Communicate with hotel, it’s throughout the WhatsApp app. It doesn’t work well for international phones. Food is good. Variety and plenty at all the time. Drinks as well. Big plus for the drinkers. Always cold beer and fresh drinks. Delicious. Very family oriented plenty kids and I thought that was very nice to have kids club. They will keep your kids occupied all day, so you can relax.
Vanesa Castelli: I recently stayed at Resort La Torre in Porto Seguro, and it exceeded all expectations. The resort's location is a tropical paradise with beautiful beach. The staff provided top-notch service and made us feel at home. Dining options were delicious, with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Activities and entertainment kept us engaged throughout our stay. The resort's cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. I highly recommend Resort La Torre for a relaxing and memorable family vacation.
Michael T: The resort is nice and clean. The pools are nice. The food is good. The issue we had with this resort was noise from the drunk and rowdy guests. Let me explain: For an additional fee, we booked the "quiet" section of the resort...Now, if they consider our section quiet, I'd hate to think what the non-quiet section was like. We had a stage behind our room that had a live band playing extremely loud music until 11pm every night. This didn't bother us (we actually enjoyed the music), but It was the lingering drunks and the lack of rule enforcement by the resort staff that ruined the experience for us. Every night after the live show, some rowdy resort guests would scream and sing on that stage behind our room until 3 or 4am (we could clearly hear them from our room with the windows shut). We made a noise complaint at 2am one night and nobody from the resort went to talk to them. We made another noise complaint the following night and we were asked if the guests were playing loud music. We said no, but that they were screaming extremely loud and it was keeping us awake. The hotel staff told us they're not breaking any noise rules if they're not playing loud music. Anyway, needless to say, we didn't sleep a wink for the 4 nights we were there. I'm still giving this resort 3 stars because if the rowdy guests weren't there, the resort would have actually been quite enjoyable.
