Denis Maia: I have been there for 9 days. The structure and location is nice, but the service is poor and doesn’t match with the hotel 5 stars. In the first day I realized that the jacuzzi wasn’t working and I got electrocuted. After complain for the hotel staff they solved it on the next day, but just ignored the fact that I have a child 2 years old and I got scared with this dangerous situation. The service is not organized and all demands and needs take long time to attend you and the most of the time they delivery things wrong. To sum up, I liked the place and general structure, But the diary value they charge doesn't worth. I won’t be back.

Sebastian Manhart: Stayed a week in this beautiful resort and happy to share my experiences, which I also shared directly with the hotel. On the plus side: 1. Clean, comfortable rooms 2. Fantastic location (best one in the area) 3. Very professional and friendly staff 4. Excellent buffet food 5. Great childcare and entertainment On the negative side: 1. Internet is awful... not possible if you need to work here including video calls. Barely works in the lobby, non-existent in the rooms. 2. The a la carte restaurant was quite underwhelming. 3. While we were there, they had accepted a massive group on a company retreat. They were quite loud and it was not at all in line with the families who this resort caters to. Overall would recommend if on a family holiday with no need for internet.

Irina Bs: Imazing location & place to be in Porto Seguro & Arraial, discover Bahia❤️l! Huge rooms, nice bathroom & evening sunset is just fantastic❤️! Great place for couples and especially families!!! Dinner offers alot of options, from traditional moqueca, tasty salmon or brbq! Definitely to come back again 🌺

Lola Costa: We had the best time here, best place to relax, food very good with a good variety every day. They take such a good care of our son on the klubinho. We will be back for sure!

Resdre: Old resort and yet very clean and organized. Staff extremely polite. Buffet has multiple options including local dishes. Private ferry to Porto Seguro. Shuttle bus to Water Park and Arraial Village. Tickes to water park included. Daily activities for children from 3 to 12 yo.
