Jenni R: Amazing 9 days spent here relaxing. All the pools were really clean and refreshing (not too cold). Staff were amazing and looked after us really well. We had access to the Star Presige areas as we are members and this was perfect. Will definitely return!

Oleg Baraev: Quite a disappointing experience for a 5* resort. Staff are often of little help with directions around the facility, with little knowledge of resort’s many rules, mostly have an attitude of making you a favor when you ask for something. Food is rather average and has little to do with local cuisine except couple of typical Baiano dishes that you could get in any other city in Brazil. The “Prestige” access that you pay extra for (quite a bit in fact) is of no use, the “private beach area” is even worse than the common one. It’s really a generic resort that doesn’t quite fit the definition of either luxury or even upscale, despite the hefty price tag (we paid BRL 10k for 3 nights for 2, including the Prestige add-on.

Adrian Gaddi: Not coming back. This is no way 5 stars. Mediocre service with very few exceptions. No mineral water in rooms nor bars. Food is less than average. Every dinner feels they want you to leave as soon as possible. Coffee is incredibly bad. Pools are hot. At 6 they close everything (pools, beach, etc). The gym is great.
