jordy Leider: Amazing resort with a good location. The rooms and facilities are somewhat outdated. However the staff make up to that as they are super friendly and attentive. Especially Michelli, has been super nice and helpful during our stay here. And the service atvthe reception from Cyntia, who have helped us really well.

Hmd: Booked and paid for two rooms and all inclusive , one the checkout they charged me for offsite activities which I paid there on spot however they charged me again for what I paid before there, they failed to provide me with signed of copy of the bill to charge to my room. Even manager failed to come when I asked to speak to manger , Clearly they are over charging tourists and foreigners, stay away unless you want to be over charge. Beside very poor internet in rooms , rooms for three came with only two towel and all around poor service

Fabio Almeida: I just spoke with Laura e Leandro while doing a customer survey. Congratulations to the professionalism of the team! Great food, excellent ambiance, good service. I would suggest further training to room service personnel. A complaint I have is the Wi-Fi which is bad, particularly in the evening with the calls drop every 30 segundos. Overall 4 stars!
