Mannerism: Poor experience, stayed here for 2 nights and paid about 2,500+ BRL per night to stay here as i wanted to check out the sao roque wineries. Was expecting a club-med kind of experience since they advertised full board with inclusive activities, but was pretty dissapointed with the advertisement. Compound was old and the "free" activities were actually only a few kayaks in a small pond, and some tired looking forest trail / wall climbing which has very specified use time. Worse was there being no water provided for meals or even watercooler around the compound (and you have to pay for drinking plain water for meals, and even in the hotel room, all water is chargeable). Although prices of the drinks are not too expensive, it is strange to claim full board experience when tap water or warm water is not even provided. We also found lots of problems with the room including no hot water for showering, poor wifi, shortage of bath towels and fraudulent charge of minibar to us even when we didnt even use any item nor was there any evidence of us consuming these items. Overall, bad experience and be careful when coming here especially if you do not speak portugese as you are on your own otherwise. Strongly do not recommend this place, not especially if you have children and want to deal with such issues on vacation.
Andrew Swan: Loved our one night stay. Full board package. They really work hard to make your stay enjoyable. The location and space is amazing. We enjoyed a great 90 minutes walk around the space and I think we'll go back with our kids as there is so much to do for young people. Perfect distance to get away for a few days from SP.
David Rotenberg: The resort hotel is about 1 hour from Sao Paulo. Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. This resort has everything!
