Antonio Castillo: Check in quite slow because of the amout of guest arriving. LImited dinner options after the restaurant closes. Rooms by the airport side may be quite noisy. Affordable option. Clean rooms. Reliable Internet. Breakfast available. Extreamly convinient if you use Congonhas airport

Fabio Dos Santos: Excellent location as close to the airport. Ground floor is great: employees are friendly and food is good. Unfortunately it ends here. Bedrooms are dated, with lots of broken bits. Bath towels were smelly (so was the corridors), toilet paper was like sand paper and shower gel was cheap. It works for one day but bring your own towel and toilet paper. Guys, it’s time to renovate and look after your customers!

Aline Santos: You could offer a more affordable option for travelers arriving at Congonhas Airport who only need a few hours of sleep. The hotel is good, but it’s quite expensive for what it provides.

LVL WPB: Get ready for 1 hour checking . Very slow checking process and staff take 10 min break after each checking . Also they dont make the rooms.everyday . Frustrating. The only advantage is that they are close.to the airport .

Hugo Paiva Rodrigues: 40 minutes for a check-in... which I had already done on their website. Service is not comparable with the one in Europe, where people know what they are doing. The lady who helped us had no clue at all of what she was doing... Asked for a room far away from lifts, got a room in front of a lift. I was not seeking luxury, not seeking amenities, just wanted a quiet night. Seems it's asking too much in this hotel. I reserved the room with my points, she did not know what to make me pay, I had to calculate the exchange rate for her... And yet she used the wrong credit card. A real disaster, really awful experience. Not coming back to this place anytime soon, for the price it costed us, it's not reasonable. Avoid this garbage.
