Chloe Glickman: I stayed here for just one night in February, and had a very pleasant experience. I stayed in a wonderful private room - big comfortable bed, clean, bright, quiet, and with a hammock strung up! There's self-check in, and I was able to figure it all out and get into my room without difficulty. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the Pinheiros neighborhood and near Vila Magdalena. I'd happily stay here again!

CE M: We’ve been traveling through South America for over two months, and unfortunately, this was our least enjoyable hostel experience so far. There’s no reception - communication is primarily handled through someone on WhatsApp. It’s a very cheap hostel, which seems to attract some questionable guests. Many of them were quite rude, playing loud music on the speaker, spitting on the ground, and leaving the kitchen in a mess. One guest was eventually kicked out for bringing in young women and having s*x with them in the shared dorms. Don’t recommend this place.

Audrey Soekanda: Stayed at 6-bed room upper bunk - stairs are very thin, quite painful to climb. No air-conditioning - hot & humid. Wifi can't be used from the room (at the back of the house). I keyed "jardim secreto" on uber and it took me to the wrong place. Hard to find the place as there's no sign. Cleanliness is okay. A lot of mosquitoes! Met the cleaning staff they are nice ❤️ Self check-in instructions are confusing.
