Anthony Lopez: This review is for Raffatat, whose tattoo shop was located inside the art gallery! My friends and I were surprised to find Raff up next to the gallery gift shop with his tidy setup! As tourists, we didn't speak a lick of Portuguese but Raff communicated clearly with us through the language barrier. He made a point to show us how he opened each brand new needle and shaving razor, keeping his workstation clean and organized during the process. He kept checking on us making sure we were comfortable and didn't rush us at all. Our tattoos came out great - better than expected honestly. He had such a gentle and consistent touch... and was really fast (but not rushed)! Check out his Instagram for his work, it's quality! The gallery is also really cool - lots of unique art with a street flair... They had a blacklight room this time around! Thank you Raff! We hope to see you again on our next trip.
