Liliana Morales: Unfortunately, we had a frightening and deeply unsettling experience with the valet service at Shopping Pátio Higienópolis on Tuesday, December 17. We live abroad and are visiting the city, and we decided to have dinner at this mall. We opted to use the valet parking service, labeled “VIP,” for convenience and security. However, the experience turned out to be both traumatic and distressing. The valet parking team lost our car keys, and it took them 40 minutes to locate our car. To make matters worse, after 25 minutes, they even brought us the wrong car — an extremely alarming and distressing moment. When they finally retrieved our car, their behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the workers sarcastically said, “So, does this one work for you, or do you want another?” Such an inappropriate and dismissive comment is unacceptable, especially for a service we paid a premium price for. We had valuable items in the car, and for a moment, we genuinely feared it had been stolen. To make things even worse, we witnessed valet staff arguing among themselves, as if such disorganization were a recurring issue. This kind of treatment is far below the standard one would expect at an upscale mall. São Paulo has many excellent shopping centers with far superior service, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend Shopping Pátio Higienópolis.

M J: An upscale shopping mall. The entrance doesn't even look like a mall. It does remind me of European buildings. Prices here are usually higher. Lots of boutiques. I love going to the topmost part of the building where the food court is. There are variety of cuisine you can choose from. And there is a cinema as well.

Petra Al Mutawa: Beautiful mall with lots of luxurious shops and restaurants, coffee shops, even a supermarket at the ground floor.
