Natasha K: I’ve been a loyal visitor to this shopping mall for around five years, but today’s experience was infuriating and utterly unacceptable. The Uber driver I was with had exceeded the parking time limit, so I promptly paid for the ticket through the app. Instead of facilitating the process, the lady handling the parking lot catraca was not only rude to the driver but also completely unhelpful. Despite the ticket being paid for, she forced us out of the line and sent us to the very back. This pointless, power-tripping maneuver invalidated the ticket I had just paid for and left us scrambling to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we were told to go to the admin office—which meant circling the shopping mall twice and wasting a staggering 30 minutes just to speak with the supervisor. And when we finally returned to the catraca, the problem still wasn’t resolved. The lady had to use her card to let us through, all the while throwing unnecessary and condescending comments our way. This was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the Uber driver stuck for an unacceptable amount of time, causing him to lose income for a problem he had no control over, but the entire experience was made worse by staff incompetence and rude behavior. For a shopping mall of this size and reputation, having such an unprofessional, disorganized, and downright unpleasant system in place is embarrassing. It’s appalling that a simple situation was made so complicated and caused financial loss to someone just trying to do their job. I’m genuinely reconsidering whether I’ll return to this mall after today. They need to seriously address their processes, train their staff better, and make sure no one else has to go through this infuriating ordeal.

UzO Rex: Super nice place to visit with family, food court with many varieties restaurants, the establishment has accessibility for the disabled, also has the family space where it is possible to change babies direta and there is also a space to feed them quietly, outside There is a PET space equipped with toys to exercise the pets, and we can enter the mall with our dogs, however it is important to remember that in the food court pets are not allowed, the parking price for first hour is from R $ 8,00 and the other hours from R $ 2,00 (values ​​that can be changed by the property without notice), I way bravo to the shopping management for the good work

Mak MMS: Amazing. One of the best shopping malls in São Paulo. Great stores and an awesome food court. I went there for a fast Covid RT-PCR test for an international trip.
