Pablo Jonathan Herrera Rios: The hotel is good. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast is also good. According the relation price/quality it is very good. The access is also good, I am traveling for business, so I have a shopping mall near by and near to the company also. I think I will be back my next visit to Osasco. The gym was close, I hope I can use it my next visit.

Bernd R.: My hotel stay was very good. OVERALL THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING which make a stay useless for my. Even I asked the receptionist they told me I used the wrong password. Service may be more kind.

Lenni Janssen: I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant for foreign guests. The staff doesn't speak English, the food looks different every time, and it's usually raw. Only two young women at reception speak English; the rest don't and refuse to understand it, even with Google Translate. The only positive aspects are the relatively large rooms and the friendly cleaning staff. The sauna in the gym isn't working. In conclusion, I must say that the restaurant is not recommended, as you have to be genuinely afraid of food poisoning because everything is served raw, and we even waited almost an hour for our drinks. When we pointed out to the staff that we were still waiting for our orders, we were rudely told to get drinks from an ice bucket containing only four different beverages. The day before, our drinks were brought to our table without any problems. Also, the waiter spoke English the day before, but the following day he pretended he didn't. Very questionable and cheeky, in my opinion. I would not come back, and I cannot recommend this hotel. That's a real shame!
