Daniel Cossi (Dani): I left my watch inside the room, and believe it or not, after three days s WhatsApp "Lost and Found" Ibis Osasco profile, replied to me that nothing was found in the room and started arguing with me with sarcasm and irony and so much more bullshit.
Emerson Queiroz: The Hotel location was excellent and met all my needs. It was close to all my family and friends. Great and secure area. The receptionists, the security, and the breakfast team were fantastic. My only criticism is the Room's cleanness. Not thoroughly done. And needs Great attention to detail. And the housekeeping was extremely slow taking up the whole day to complete the work. Besides that, I had a great stay. Thank you. E
