CE: The rooms were terrible, the service was poor, and the location was inconvenient. The rooms seemed appropriate for a 2-star hotel, and the service team claimed to have resolved issues which, upon checking, remained unsolved. Additionally, the approach to the location involved navigating a dreadful dirt road.

Marcos Ruediger: Wonderful location, very comfortable rooms, many attractions related to nature (trails, zip lines, canopy, boat trips). Even operating with a reduced menu due to the pandemic the restaurant offered tasty options, including alternatives for vegetarians like myself. The hotel staff was very attentive, highlighting the waitresses Jenifer and Bruna, who were extremely kind.

Andre Paim: The location is fantastic and that alone should give the place 5 stars. It is very beautiful and well kept. You won't suffer for lack of food in here, quite the opposite. The meals happen often and with great variety. However, the weird (not to say greedy) decision to not provide water to guests (unless you pay for it) is absurd, especially considering the price point. The monitors had nice activities planned for the kids, but a lack of proper planning made we have to hurry sometimes. Also, the hotel could provide us with a better way of learning about the activities and times. A page on the web, an email every morning, an WhatsApp group, an app, anything. It should not be so difficult. The rooms are ok, but them again at this price range you would expect a more comfortable bed and a better restroom (the water would not drain on mine). It might be that I was unlucky, but somehow I don't believe it. All in all, 3 stars are enough. I would definitelly go there again, considering the lake and how close and convenient it is to reach from Sao Paulo, but I would look for other options first.

Tiago C.: In general a good place to stay. The hotel has a good infra structure and staff. Also, the meals and drinks are great. Even for a holliday, they handled with the number of customers.

Michelle Pires: I had one day experience at this hotel with a group from work. It was a lovely day with good food, very nice activities and friendly waiters. Definitelly recommended!
