Paulo Pita: The Lake of Carps is the end of a track that goes through the middle of the Cantareira reserve, which is considered the biggest urban forest in the world. Down the path you can see century-old Araucárias, a incredibly beautiful type of "rainforest pine tree". It's definitely worth the visit but be aware we're talking about a 10km track, half of it is very steep. Bonus points for the breathtaking view of the city of São Paulo.
