Thomaz DeMoura: The hotel exceeded my expectations! Very clean, good rooms, great location, great breakfast and great staff. The only part that could be better was the gym. The equipment was a little old with just a few options. I would definitely stay there again.
Leonardo Rigueto: The space destined for events is adequate. The food, both lunch and coffee breaks, is very good and the WiFi signal is not evenly distributed within the building, so sometimes it fails on you depending where you are at.
Jefferson Alves: I think the food is good, but the place is quite expensive for Jaguariuna. The buffet also lacks food variety. But everything available was very well made and delicious. But at that price point I'd expect more options. Good thing is, you get free parking and free desert.
Camila Catai SP: Good service, friendly staff, excellent rooms, spacious, clean, gym with treadmill in good condition, wonderful breakfast and pool area is awesome
Elizabeth VanOverschelde: The location was a little confusing because of the road construction that was going on. The room was very nice and everyone at the front desk I dealt with was professional and friendly
