Cláudio Freire Júnior: The staff was awesome, but rooms need to be renewed and also, the need to improve replenishment process on the restaurant, some time need to wait to replenish few items on the buffet. If you want to go to a hotel that the restaurant staff use mask, don’t go to this hotel, they do not use and I asked before and they confirmed that the staff is using mask, that it’s not true!

Michelle Diniz: Structure is ok. Activities are ok. Employees are at most polite. But customer experience and organisation are not strong points, and for me they are important. It is not allowed to bring beverage and snacks, but it is not offered many options. We decided for a kind of beer, but after 2 cans, they don't have the same brand anymore, only long neck that is twice expensive. We experienced that at restaurant and at the bar, so it sounded like strategy. For a leisure hotel with activities I hope we could find water for free, since we let kids with monitors. So if we don't buy bottles of water, kids don't have free access to hydrate. Some accomodations are too far from restaurant and tools. I particularly have a disease on my knees and it is very hard to go up and down every time. Nobody warns about it. Food is very tasteful, but when too full of guests, restaurant seems a bit messy. Furniture to rest need some repair. They don't give the activities Programm and don't follow it exactly with the kids, so sometimes you have to search (going up and down) where they are. They don't manage first aid kit as they should. My son went down during monitored activity and they didn't have an antiseptic. Kids Space is very nice, tree house, little farm, playground, pools... All these items are very nice. As I told, structure is really good. But I would say they should be better on guest experience.

Roberto Portes: Good place to rest. Good food and very good hospitality. Some structure needs rebuild, like ofuro, because has some broken porcelain and my wife cut the knee and I cut my swimming trunks.

Rubens Pereira de Souza: It's a very good place, too much family, the environment is peaceful and joinful, there isn't much choose for food, however those ones that are offered are delicious and tasteful. I recommend.
