Utkarsh Bhardwaj: I have been recently to this hotel two times. Those two were very good visits, it's a good hotel if you are going to São Paulo for vacation, you can stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was very warm and helpful especially Mr. Wandserson at Reception. Breakfast is too good they have variety of food there and at this time of Christmas this hotel is looking very beautiful too.

Rolf A.: 28 story hotel with a fitness room, small pool and jaccuzi. Rooms are spacious, but service is not so great. The hotel offers good value for money and its drawcard is the free bus shuttle service to and from the airport which normally runs every 60 minutes.

Maria Alice Keller: All great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food from buffet was of good quality and tasty. Rooms were large, bed was comfortable. Very clean bathrooms. There's even a little gym and pool. Highly recommended if you need to spend the night in Guarulhos. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but we didn't use it.

Gabriela Donoso: There were three flies in the bathroom, the jacuzzi water had a very strong odor that suggested it may not have been recently cleaned or refreshed, and two of the pillows had visible stains on them.

Jessica Jordan: If I could put 0 stars, I would. These people should be ashamed to own a hotel like this. We stayed for one night in room 411. We are a family with a young daughter. After a long flight, we were exhausted, and so disappointed to find a very small, dirty room. The floor made our feet black! I didn't even want to pull out my daughter's cute little bunny slippers on that disgusting floor. I used a paper towel in the bathroom to wipe the bathroom counter and it was black. There was somebody's long hair left in the drain. Then in the morning, we ran out of toilet paper. We called the front desk 3x for toilet paper. My husband had to run to the store to buy some, causing us to take a later shuttle to the airport and therefore missing our rental car pick up. The icing on the cake, we found lice in my daughter's hair! She's never had lice before, so she was distraught. There is a free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast in the morning. While those things were nice, they did not make us feel any better about the condition of the room and the lack of service. If I were you, I would choose a different hotel.
