Tati Costa: We had a great time at this restaurant. The meat was really tasty, the burger was good, but not exceptional. The lady who attended us was really friendly, but the guy who came at the end to pickup the used plates look like was doing us a favor, and did not even smile. Overall good experience, with a few areas for improvement.

George Wang: I read about this place and decided to see if the dry aged meat was as good as it sounded. Arrived on a Saturday night and the place was not packed. Good soft atmosphere with this meat freezer that catches your eyes. So I decided to get a 1kg of the 30 day dry aged prime rib. When it arrived I took the first bite and wow, it was like chewing on a butter steak. Perfect soft texture from start to finish. All I could think was, forget the high priced Varanda Grill or Bassi. Carne has become my #1 steak house. The steak was so delicious. The second time I tried a 60 day dry aged Prime rib, impressively delicious! The third time I got a T-bone aged 30 days and a rib-eye. As always, the best steak house!

James Trosino: Everything was wondeful - very charming dining room, staff was very warm and attentive, and the food was senational. We had the prime rib, and it was the most tender steak I have ever had. We also had the grilled pineapple for dessert - it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Mike Liaw: If Meat is your thing this is one place! Nice service, confortable facility and really great dried aged meat! Price is salty...
