Sela Vie: We visited the animal park with our 1 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it (so did we). Some general information -150 BRL entry fee per person (I believe children under 2 years have free entry) -70 BRL parking -there are several restaurants and kiosk where you can take breaks, eat and drink or use the bathroom(the bathrooms were super clean) -there's a café within a "cave" which is attached to the birdhouse, where they serve a breakfast buffet for 60 BRL per person, it includes savory and sweet options, as well as juices, coffee and milk. I thought it was real nice to have breakfast whilst enjoying the view and sound of the birds -at one point they take a picture (which is typical for all of these sort of parks), when you come to the exit, you can decide whether you want to buy the picture or not. It's 50 BRL for one picture and 60 BRL for two pictures. It's a bit pricey but we took the photos anyway, because for us it's a memory and we don't take that many family photos with our phones. The park is huge, you can easily spend the entire day there, so I suggest to arrive early. It's the best animal park I've been to, it is huge, has lots of different animals, the nature surrounding the animals is beautiful and also the animals seem to be taken care of very well. There's also a "Fazendinha" area integrated to the park, where the kids can touch some animals like sheep and goats. It's a perfect get away from the city for a day, and I believe not only for families with kids. At the end of the park there's also an amusement park with different rides and attractions (inside a huge 'cave', so it's closed). This area is definitely for a little bit older kids. For us with a baby it was too loud, and our baby is too young for those attractions anyway. Something I thought would be a perfect addition to the park, would be a leisure area where families with kids can just relax under some trees and an open air kid's playground with slides, swings and such things. But altogether it's really worth the money, if you see how much they invest in the animals' well-being, the maintenance and the staff.
Felipe Almeida: I had a great time with my family. I recommend anyone to visit this park. They are not just a zoo but they have an amusement park inside of it. What I loved the most is that the entire park has a roof covering the path way protecting from the high UV lights and rain.
Luciana: The place is excellent. Animals are well taken care off and the walk is very organized. Only nuisance is a very expensive parking. You’ll only use this parking to visit animalia, it should be free or cheap.
Tramaine A Yzer: This park just opened and I loved it. Everything is so well organized. I love that you can just follow 1 trail to see all the animals so you won’t get lost. The animals seem at peace and they are being fed on time. Love that for them. I recommend you to visit if you haven’t.
Jamie Cooper: Great day out for photography, everywhere is covered in case of bad rain. Staff were very helpful and some spoke very good English.
