Laysa Callahan: I wouldn’t say it is a 4-star hotel. The staff is accommodating, but this hotel is overpriced for what you get. The food was ok, the afternoon snacks were terrible. Staff couldn’t care for my autistic children; they kept calling me to pick them up. Even after I was told, they have experience with autistic children. The sauna wasn’t working, the boat was empty, so unorganized. You could only see the schedule through the app, and the app wasn’t loading on my phone. Beautiful place, but...

Leonardo Sotocorno: Our experience at Mavsa Resort in Cesario Lange was absolutely wonderful, especially for our daughter! The resort offers a wide variety of activities that kept our little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay (our daughter prefers Mavsa than Disney now). From exciting water slides to fun-filled outdoor games, there was never a dull moment. The food and drinks were not only delicious but also readily available, ensuring that everyone's cravings were satisfied. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly pampered. Overall, Mavsa Resort is a fantastic choice for a family vacation with unforgettable memories and exceptional service.

Google X: Great place to stay and rest. We purchased the all-inclusive package and we did not regret. Great view, lots of green and lakes. The rooms are OK and the service is great. Good food. There are a lot of things to do so you won't get bored.

David Murchland: Mavsa provides most of the things it advertises, and I suspect must be great for anyone staying with kids (3+ years old), or in a group, or for events/parties (not during a pandemic). The food was ok, but not amazing, and staff were usually helpful and friendly. If it were priced less than R$1.000 a night I would give it 4 stars - however, it's badly overpriced (and the value gets worse for the more "exclusive" accommodation which, although great for privacy, has some very cheap finishes). For comparison, at 30-50% of the cost for Mavsa, the Clara Ibiúna is a classier, better quality option though obviously without a number of the facilities.
