Caio: I booked a quad a week in advance with them and even paid a deposit fee to "reserve our spots." for saturday 11:30 AM. I arrived there with my wife and we we were met with a huge disorderly line upfront and no staff to assist. Once we finally make our way through the line the only person at the store whom I believe is the store owner was throwing a massive tantrum on the phone with another of her employees, shouting expletives and blaming her for not being there and leaving her with all the work. This should have been a big red flag right off the bat, but my wife and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt due to it being a busy day. BIG MISTAKE. We were left waiting for nearly an hour whilst a bunch of other customers were placed ahead of us due to having schedulled an extra 30 minutes. What is the point in reserving a time and paying a fee if they wont honor the clients time? When I approached the owner once again, she dismissed me and told me it would be another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed and explained to her that we were already waiting for nearly an hour and we had other reservations in town. I was shocked when the owner turned her back to me and ignored me and turned her back to me. Never have I seen such bad customer service. Stay away from this place. We went across the street to "Passeios da Natureza" and they were extremely better. The fact the owner is trying to pass off as them just shows the lack of professionalism.
