Marlon Barbanti: It is a convention hotel, not very good to go with your family. Noisy meals due to hundreds attending to different conventions. Confusing parking and instructions at arrival. It is well maintained. The WiFi keeps dropping. The room was spacious, with a good bed. But the water pressure is a joke, very weak. Food is ok. Very salty dishes and extreme sweet deserts. Toiletries are good, but no flip flops.

Enrique Casas Jaramillo: Great place to have vacation with your family or by your self. The amenities are wonderful for big events, conventions o even concerts. Food is quite good and service is also great. Most of the people know English and is pretty easy to go around. The sprit installation are wonderful to practice and set and of the popular sports. For me is a no miss hotel.

Daniel Kenji Toyama: Spent one night there with my wife and my two daughters. It was great and we had lots of fun. The whole hotel is very nice, clean and upclass. We liked the room very much and my kids loved the swimming pool and the activities they provide with monitors. We had breakfast there, but we didn't like it too much. The restaurant had the air conditioner cranked to the maximum and it was _super_ cold. I guess I just wished it was a bit cheaper, but then the place would be full of people and the service wouldn't be as good.

Fabio Katz: This hotel needs a remodeling asap. Everything looks old including painting, restaurants, lobby and all other areas. No need to say the quality of the services is terrible. They say they are family / kids friendly but not every day you will find the kids restaurant opened and kids must wait adults time to have a meal. Last but not least we scheduled a car to take us to the airport early morning. They said they were going to take care of that but nobody actually made the reservation and we ended up going late and rushing a Uber to the airport with 2 children crying anxious
