Martin Kirk: Had dinner last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and once again Carbone did not disappoint! This was our second visit this year, and just like the first time, everything was outstanding. We ordered the Gnocchi Roti and the Filet Mignon with Gnocchi Roti, paired with a beautiful French white wine recommended by the sommelier — an excellent choice. Our server, Pedro, was attentive, personable, and genuinely funny, making the evening even more enjoyable. The entire team provided exceptional service throughout the night. To top it off, they surprised my wife with a delicious birthday torte and ice cream — such a thoughtful touch. Wonderful atmosphere, amazing food, and impeccable service. Many thanks to the entire Carbone team for making it a memorable celebration!

Rodrigo Andrés Hernández Puga: It was the best meal I had in Floripa! I ordered the Gnocchi with Filet Mignon, it was outstanding!! Very exquisite. The attention from the staff was amazing, specially Igor frança who was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back here whenever I’m in Floripa.

Anna Nowosad: From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by our server, Anna, and she was absolutely fabulous. Her service was 10/10, it made the entire experience so lovely. We had the arancini as an app and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the salad with figs, it was okay, could use a bit more dressing. The bruschetta, both classic and with pesto and soft cheese, was good. I enjoyed the lasagna, although not the traditional lasagna I’m used to, with multiple layers of noodles, it was almost like a hot ground beef, cheese stew. I would give it a 3/5 A friend ordered the Cacio e Pepe and loved it! Another ordered the short rib and risotto and loved it. A friend ordered the beef and mushroom risotto and she gave it a 2/5. Very tangy and a strong mushroom taste. Another friend ordered the steak and gnocchi and it was also a hit. All in all, good food, great atmosphere and beautiful place, but above all, the service was 5/5!
