Ivan Carvalho: One of the best restaurant that I've been in Florianópolis. The food is amazing. Portuguese sea food. A bit posh and expensive but worth it. A lovely Cod fish plate costs between R$60 to R$90, for one person. The kitchen closes at 16h for lunch service. Better if you book first. Opens at 19:30 for dinner service. Excellent staff. Very friendly.
Benjamin FERRAND: Une comida muito bom ! Really good advices and service from the waiter (João I would say, starts with Jo for sure!) Definite view, fresh seafood, I went for the lobster and ended taking oysters as well, which I did not regret (racks are visible at less than 500m and shells are fully garnished, with a delicate taste). Octopus was really tender and well seasoned! I hope I shall visit again!
Vinicius Freitas: This is one of the best restaurants in Florianópolis. A must go if you like Portuguese food, or just Fish in general. My go-to recommendations are the "Bacalhau a Doce Sintra", a sweet cod main dish that blew every single person I've ever introduced it to away, and the "Peixe no Sal" option, which is not only flavourful, but visually super impressive.
Joseph: The owner is there and only restaurant, which I know, serve the fish that is caught the same day. It is very limited, but if you are lucky and show up early or know the owner, you can get it. The food is amazing anyway. It is a bit expensive but worth it. I have been there several times, and Robalo seems to be the be the choice for fish.
L J: Great restaurant with a quality wine card. Quality of service is great and the team experienced. All of this is topped by the food. You should try the octopus 🐙, which is served in a traditional Portuguese way focusing on the taste of grilled seafood. The deserts are unusually under sugared and of smart taste.
