Burmiyyar: Nice place, a really nice place to come with your own thermic cup of coffee and a calzone bought somewhere else! As for local coffee shops, well, their quality is certainly well below their prices.

Alexandre: The project aims to offer an executive and commercial center, with the local characteristic of quality of life. They have offices and services installed in commercial rooms, with a variety of professionals. Downstairs has open mall layout, but is small. Therefore, it’s better defined as a small gallery, with restaurants and shops. It comprises the renowned Ponta d'agulha restaurant and the mini-franchise of Café Cultura. Great ice cream shop. A few stores, beauty salon, medical clinic, cinema, car wash and others. Parking with ConectCar pass. Commendable for being petfriendly. For children, there isn’t specific open space for distraction, such as a swing and seesaw. It’s a pleasant environment. Great for a relaxed after a long day at the beach. The region has become a preferred target for real estate speculation, consequently, this microrregion is now home to a considerable amount of economic capital. Probably, new developments should be announced soon and, possibly, this project will be expanded, as it no longer supports the frequent public more.

Rui: It's a cozy place with options of restaurants, many plants and an open space. Should have a space with plugs so people can hang around with laptops but not necessarily spending a long time in the cafés and feeling they have to spend money.

Jairet Crum: Talk about a place that's one step ahead! All the shops accept crypto payments and there is this eco-conscious vibe about everything going on here. Has regular mini art exhibits of locals and little fairs to promote small biz and community. Definitely worth a visit
