Eric Smith-Gunn: What a fantastic spot! Bar do Boni delivered on all fronts — from the vibrant live Samba music to the unique outdoor seating experience on a barge-like platform, everything felt authentic and full of local charm. The service was top-notch and incredibly attentive throughout the night. I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan options on the menu, and the food overall was flavorful and satisfying. Prices were very reasonable by U.S. standards, and the alcohol was impressively affordable. But the real star of the evening was the atmosphere — laid-back, joyful, and soaked in the sounds of samba. It’s a place you go not just to eat, but to feel the rhythm of Brazil. Highly recommend.

Luisa Luna: The food is not good, despite having a good atmosphere. The service is also a bit mediocre. I got a food poisoning after yesterday’s dinner at Boni’s Bar, this place is absolutely not recommended for vegetarian people. They do have some vegetarian options, which basically entailed a bunch of lettuce leaves, 3 slices of tomato and a very disgusting preparation of mushrooms. My (non vegetarian) friends ordered other dishes, which were also not good. At the end of the night the summary was, expensive food and food poisoning…

Preben Ågedal: The food is good. The burger was with spiced bread a touch that I liked. And the fried chips was well made. But like another person said they have to work on the logistics. I had eaten my burger before my wife got here food. It could have been 4 stars. But to get the food at almost the same time is a must.

Sergio: Very spacious bar with tables right in front of the lake. Amazing choice of craft beer and very affordable sea food. Cassandra was very helpful!!
