Emmanuel Conradie: This is a beautiful park. In flora is, in fact, very unique. The symbiosis of the plants is quite intriguing. I am not sure I have seen in in another place, even different to that which you see in Rio. There are many little hidden things to discover around the park. Such as the ruins on the two hills and the pillars around the tree. Could be better maintained, for example the bathrooms are not longer in working order and some trash in and around the ruins. Great experience otherwise

Rabbit758: We caught the ferry over. Once we reached the island, We rented a bike to tour around. Stunning views at the end of either of the hikes inside the Park. One has a little Princess castelo 🏰, one has a great view of the island but a bit of challenge but worth it. You should run into some little monkeys around the park by the posts. There's this tree planted in 1500 still standing it's a must see. A must see for all, including children who would love the bike and icecream. Only bikes you will find on this island and old they are.

Débora Anzai: Nice park with a few short trails and a beautiful view of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos órgãos mountain range. Paqueta Island in general is a chill place perfect for relaxing, renting a bike and exploring its beautiful beaches and sightseeing. If you're in Rio, I'm a local guide here.
