Dincer Bingul: Just and rooms are location are good enough. The restaurant staff rude, restaurant is lack of ventilation, too hot 🥵 everycorner at hotel, reception staff is the best. As an hotel general manager, I advise to hotel manager if exist at hotel, he shr should get in actions about staff bad attitude especially at restaurant... Hotel also should done in renevation. I guess All Rooms are renevated. Because just rooms are looking good enough

Smit Bakori: The stay was still uncomfortable even after switching rooms—the AC wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom was disappointing. The elevator buttons were poorly maintained, looking far better in pictures than in reality. The parking area felt like a scene from a horror movie, poorly maintained, and the breakfast dishes were not cleaned properly. For this price, you can find a much better hotel in Rio. Inside location is prime only.

Omole Oluwatoyin: This is my worst hotel experience so far. The WiFi connection is so poor. It takes minutes to send even WhatsApp messages. I used my mobile data all through and because I was connected to my computer it got exhausted. I had to buy more. I complained and was told that they were having maintenance. From check in at 2pm nothing has improved. I was told to go back to my room that they would bring a router but it was a lie. I called the reception back to remind them but it is the same story . I didn’t enjoy my stay here at all. The service had been poor right from checkin but I didn’t mind. I was give a two single bed room too when I reserved for a single adult. The poor internet was just it for me.

Juan Carlos Castillo: Facilities and breakfast are ok. Good location close to the City Tram and Metro Carioca. Nevertheless, Internet connection was, by all means, the worst part. I. stayed there for two consecutive nights and was never able to connect at all to the wifi. They say it was only a one-day problem but, even by reading previous comments here, this seems to be a ongoing issue. When I checked in, they even had (and still have) a signal right at the counter indicating that WiFi is not property working. It does not seem to me like they just printed out that thing yesterday. So, don't expect to get connected to the Wifi at all while staying here (no joke). I also asked at the reception when they expect to get this thing fixed and they said they had no idea (nor interest as far as I can see). BTW, they also charge a lot for storing your luggage if you need to after checking out. More than 30 reais, really?

SIR Francis: Recently just booked a stay and had to cancel immediately once checked in. The room 1321 had mold and the air conditioner was malfunction and the room wasn't up kept for 760 and I wasn't appreciate since I was visiting from NYC I will not be going back to that site, jo thank you
