Jeroen Tak: We had a reservation for diner, but by mistake we were charged 30 Real entrance fee. It was corrected by the manager. We had an absolutely lovely diner. Enough for two persons. It is like a Spanish Zarzuella but a bit more exotic. As a starter we had pastel carne. One of the best diners I had In Brasil. We had two caipirinas and Corona beer. We paid 283 Real ( 40 euro). I think that is NOT exoendive at all. The service was excellent and friendly. We came with UBER. They drove us back in the VW bus for 70 real but gave us a free favella tour going to Copacabana. We had a great evening in Mirante Rocinha.❤️

Isabela: If you go with a local guide you can expect to have some great views of Rocinha! The guide will likely explain you everything. When I was there it was beautiful day and we had a great view over the favela.

Craig BTC: Love this restaurant, stunning views, great food and the drinks menu is very unique! If you want a peaceful experience go on a weekday evening, the weekends are often very busy and sometimes packed with events, so depends what you’re looking for.

Ron T: Interesting perspective on the other reality of Rio. The largest favela, Rocinha, is as much a part of Rio as glitzy Ipanema. It's best to go with a guide who can tell you when it's ok to take photos, and when it's not.

Alan Nuttall: Had a guided tour which was very interesting to see the other side of Rio. Had to get a bike taxi which was also an experience. Make sure to take small notes to give to the children who will put on a small dance show for you.
