Wagner Victor: A reference in downtown Curitiba for the traditional food from Minas Gerais (Comida Mineira). Richest in flavours and some exquisite plates made from pork and Chicken. Fair prices in an "all inclusive" mode. In this sense, be prepared to try-out the plates and don't forget the spice.
David Rosato: A small, but very good restaurant in the Centro district of Curitiba. It is only a short 5 to 10-minute walk from Praca Tiradentes. The restaurant has a great decor with country-like signs and artwork that is commonly found in the Minas Gerais state in Brazil. The food is very hot and always fresh. The restaurant has a great selection of meats, and chicken and it has a very good ambiance. Buffet is around 21 reais and it is a good value as many other restaurants in Curitiba are over-priced.
Ian Crompton: Rustically decorated with a very friendly host, this is one of my favourite restaurants in Curitiba. Food is always good and excellent value.
Earl Gilbert Watkins Jr: Actually a very good buffet and the favors of Minhas comes through! Enjoined
