Mayuko: Recently we have been going Shopping Crystal a lot more frequently than before. It obviously became way better than what it was a year ago. The mall is clean and beautiful, the food court is great. I am quite satisfied but if possible I would like to have the free play area for kids to have a cleaning sometime🧹 . It's ok and I cannot complain with what's offered (as it is great and my kids enjoy it a lot), but if it can be cleaned once, I think it could be even more attractive.

Helio Ciffoni: Crystal was the best shopping mall in the city back twenty years ago, were I used to visit at least once a week. The best clothes shops, an enjoyable comem theaters chain, nice light food, a safe parking lot , book shops and all. It’s a pity what it is today.

rpmarts: There are not many stores in this mall, but it's a very calm and non crowded place, one of the best if you just need to spend a quiet evening shopping. The restaurants are very nice overall and the presence of some heavy hitters like Coco Bambu turns this mall into one of the best options in the city for eating out.
