Petr Vasicek: I took the tour that goes around beaches and lakes and it was a relaxing day. Communication in English, but be aware on the shop no one speaks it so you will need help from the passengers for whatever is being explained. The boat was very good, two comfortable decks, hammocks, free (and good) caipirinhas. What should be improved is the lunch timing as we were waiting for more than an hour in the restaurant when we could have spent it on a beach as lunch is ordered before hand.
Neida Freitas: My family and I (8 adults and 2 kids) did an amazing day tour with Selvagem Tours around the main beaches in Alter do Chão. The boat was spacious and comfortable. The crew was attentive and kind providing us with drinks throughout the day and helping whenever needed. Carlos, the owner, made us feel welcome. He shared with us information about the different locations visited as well as local culture. He speaks great English among other languages. We visited Ponta do Cururu, Mureta, Pindobal, Lago das Piranhas, Praia das Moças. We finished the tour with a breathtaking sunset. I highly recommend them if you're planning a day tour in Alter.
